Finance broking companies (and nominated brokers) must be licensed through ASIC.
The licensing process ensures that companies (and brokers) must provide evidence of appropriate experience (knowledge) and a surety of good conduct. Finance brokers must comply with the legislated provisions of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. Chilli Finance is a licensed finance broking company under the ASIC regulated act. Linda Brnjich is the responsible person in control of Chilli Finance (and company Director).
